With over a decade of experience in the spa and beauty industry, Hawo brings deep knowledge of traditional Moroccan rituals and modern skincare. Her background includes delivering luxury treatments and high-end customer service within prestigious hospitality environments like Hilton and Marriott.

Ounes Abdellah, born and raised in France, comes from a Moroccan family with a long history of running Hammam and wellness businesses. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality sector, he brings a deep understanding of customer service and operations alongside a strong connection to the cultural traditions that inspire HK Hammam.

Together, they created HK Hammam in North London: a sanctuary rooted in tradition, authenticity, and elevated care. From steam rituals and Argan oil therapies to modern head spa and body sculpting treatments, every detail is designed to honour the body and restore the soul.
