Yes. Tinting and injectable treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment — even if you’ve had one elsewhere. No exceptions.

No — we only take a 50% deposit online to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid in person at the spa.

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delays. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be marked as a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.

Yes — we require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows us time to offer the slot to another client.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

You don’t need to shower beforehand — the Hammam steam and exfoliation are designed to soften your skin and remove buildup.
Please avoid applying oils, body lotion, or heavy moisturisers on the day, as they reduce the effectiveness of exfoliation.
Please bring a two-piece swimsuit (ideal for access during treatment) or a one-piece if preferred.
Clients must also bring towels and slippers, or you can hire a robe, towel, and slippers set for £10. This covers our external laundry costs, as we don’t wash spa linens on-site.
Reception will let you know in advance if anything else is required based on your treatment.

HK Hammam is a quiet, women-only space. For safety and comfort, guests and children are not permitted unless previously arranged.
